Examination of linguistics, especially semantics, opens up various dimensions of a text and plays a pivotal and fundamental role in the semantics and conceptualization of Qur'anic compositions. According to the commentators, from the first verses of Surah Al-Baqarah, it is understood that the Qur'an has a high position in guidance or in being Larib, but according to this article, understanding the companionship of piety and piety in combining the verse requires deep attention as to why God guides on the condition of piety, corresponding to the absence of doubt in the Qur'an? Using the descriptive-analytical method, it was pointed out that morality and divine piety is a necessary condition for guidance. This belief is inspired by the interpretation of the holy verse (ذلِکَ الْکِتَابُ لاَ رَیْبَ فِیهِ هُدًى لِلْمُتَّقِینَ). Rib is not a simple doubt to be removed through consciousness. Man is oblivious to the truth of the matter and conceals and denies the way of divine guidance. Therefore, they should be called to piety and fear of God. Therefore, the guidance of the book of revelation is only for the pious.

Translation is a reconstruction of a word in another language in a way that all the meanings and purposes of speakers are conveyed in the target language. Therefore, a translated text is a full-scale mirror of its original text. The most important issue in translation is following the principle that a translator should take into consideration while translating. This should be done in a way that a translated text is equal to its original text. In translation, paying attention to a variety of semantic features of a word is necessary. However, practically, in some cases such attention might not be possible. Nevertheless, we should do our best to find the closest and most precise equivalences. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the translators of the Quran have paid attention to the components and semantic features of the Quranic words or not, and have they been able to reflect such attention or not. Therefore, in this study the translations of some of the translators, based on the dictionaries and interpreting books, have been explored. The analysis of the translations based on the seven words of the Holy Quran suggests that the translators have not paid the due attention to finding exact equivalences as well as the semantic features of the source language. Additionally, most of the translators have overlooked the semantic layers and classes hidden in the Quranic words.

Regarding the fact that many of the verses in the Holy Quran have been expressed in the form of condensation, the transfer of its very sense is an important issue in translations. This paper examines two old (Sourabadi and Meybodi) and six contemporary (Ayati, Elahi Qomshei, Ansari, Saffarzadeh, Fouladvand & Makarem Shirazi) Persian translations of the Holy Quran and assesses the way in which the translators have transfered the concept of the quranic condensation. In doing so, firstly, some of the quranic condensations are given and then they are compared with the Persian condensations. Finally, this paper tries to evaluate the way in which the quranic condensations have been translated by these translators.

Translation which means interpretation from one language into another is of enormous significance and gains even more importance when the text to be translated is a divine book. Conveying the meanings of the Holy Qur'an while preserving the elegance of the word of God seems impossible in translation; in effect, translation of the Holy Qur'an reproduces merely a small proportion of the profound meanings of this Book and hence does not enjoy the divine aspect of the original Book – translation is the word of the translator, and the Qur'an is the word of God; however, since translation of the Qur'an is an indisputable requirement for propagating Islam, religious authorities, in spite of various conflicts, have deemed it necessary and since long ago, there have been various translations of the Qur'an; since these translations are the productions of human beings, however, they are not devoid of error. One of the contemporary scholarly translations of the Qur'an is done by Rezaei Esfahani, together with a group of other professors; many errors of the previous translations have disappeared in this translation; however, since it is a task done by human beings, again there are some errors and reminding them will contribute to a more correct interpretation of the word of God. The errors of this translation are sometimes lexical, related to the phonetics, syntax and morphology of Arabic language; other errors are due to additional explanations given in parentheses which may mislead the reader; some others are related to unusual readings of the Qur'an based on which this translation is done; and there are still some other errors pertinent to the style of writing, removal of which improves the quality of the translation.
