Since this theory has serious consequences for Islamic sciences, particularly for the validity of the words of the Companions, the present paper examines this theory based on the performance of the Companions themselves. In brief, the belief of the Sunni scholars that all the Companions are just (especially 'Companion' in the sense that all traditionists agree upon) is not correct. Because, beside other reasons provided in their own place, the performance of a substantial number of the Companions and many of their deeds which are against justice, do not confirm this theory in general; that is, they do not confirm the justice of all the Companions. Moreover, traditionists' definition of a 'Companion' as a Muslim who had had association with the Holy Messenger (PBUH) or had seen the Prophet, even for a moment, and had died while believing in Islam, is not linguistically acceptable and has no legitimate proof either; rather, 'Companion' is a term introduced in periods after Islam. Therefore, we cannot pass a judicial decree on the basis of this term. The result of the discussion is that the Companions of the Prophet, just like other people, can be either just or unjust. Hence, regarding the acceptance or rejection of narrators of Hadīth, they are no different from other people.}, keywords = {the Companions of the Prophet,just,ijtihād,validity of the words of the Companions,acceptance and rejection}, title_fa = {عدالت و رفتار صحابه}, abstract_fa = {مسأله‌ی تعدیل همه‌ی صحابه‌ی رسول خدا (ص) نظریه‌ای است که علمای اهل سنّت آن را مطرح کرده‌اند و سخت از آن طرفداری می‌کنند؛ یعنی آنان همه‌ی صحابه را عادل دانسته‌اند و به لوازم آن ملتزم هستند. از آنجا که این نظریه آثار مهم در معارف اسلام، از جمله حجّیت قول صحابی دارد، این مقاله آن را از زاویه‌ی کارکرد خود صحابه مورد نقد و بررسی قرار داده است. چکیده‌ی بررسی عبارت است از این است که عقیده‌ی دانشمندان اهل سنّت بر عدالت تمام صحابه به خصوص صحابه به معنایی که جمهور محدّثین گویند، درست نیست؛ زیرا علاوه بر دلایل دیگر که در جای خود بیان شده است، کارکرد تعداد قابل توجّه از صحابه و صدور اعمال خلاف عدالت از بسیاری از آنان نیز کلّیت مسأله، یعنی عدالت همه‌ی صحابه را تأیید نمی‌کند. در ضمن تعریف صحابی از سوی محدّثین به اینکه، صحابی فرد مسلمانی است که با پیامبر خدا (ص) مصاحبت داشته یا آن حضرت را دیده است ـ هرچند یک لحظه ـ و با اسلام بمیرد، نه مورد تأیید لغت است و نه مستند شرعی دارد، بلکه صرفاً یک اصطلاح است که در دوره‌های بعد از صدر اسلام درست شده است. بنابراین نمی‌توان براساس آن حکم شرعی صادر کرد. نتیجه اینکه صحابه ممکن است همانند افراد دیگر عادل و یا غیر عادل باشند، از این روی، آنان در مسأله‌ی جرح و تعدیل راوی با افراد دیگر هیچ فرقی ندارند.}, keywords_fa = {صحابه,عادل,اجتهاد,حجّیت قول صحابی,جرح و تعدیل}, url = {https://ajsm.atu.ac.ir/article_5474.html}, eprint = {https://ajsm.atu.ac.ir/article_5474_74ae04e826d4c4e857b4871044476820.pdf} }
