چکیده
سازوکار و چگونگی بررسی و تبیین دلالت‌های متن و فهم حدیث از جمله مباحثی است که جهت‌دهی مطالعات دانشمندان علوم قرآن و حدیث معاصر را طی سال‌های اخیر عهده‌دار بوده است. دستیابی به فرایند و سازوکار چگونگی فهم متن حدیث و تبیین دلالت‌های آن در مطالعات حدیث‌پژوهی آیت‌الله جوادی آملی، هدف اصلی نگاشت پیش رو است(هدف). اکنون این پرسش طرح می‌شود که روش فقه‌الحدیثی آیت‌الله جوادی آملی در مطالعات حدیث پژوهی ایشان چیست(سؤال)؟ نوع تحقیق بنیادین و توسعه‌ای است و از روش توصیف و تحلیل برای کشف و تبیین ابعاد و بخش‌های مختلف مسئلۀ پژوهش بهره می‌برد(روش). یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که روش آیت‌الله جوادی آملی در فهم حدیث و تبیین دلالت‌های آن از یک مدل فرایندی، نظام‌مند و وابسته به مفاهیم قرآنی بهره‌ می‌برد که وابستگی مستقیم مراد استعمالی و مراد جدی حدیث و تطبیق هردو بر اصول و مفاهیم محکم قرآنی، برای کشف معنای صحیح حدیث، ترسیم‌کنندۀ پایه‌های اصلی ساختار آن است(یافته‌های پژوهش).

Abstract
The mechanism and how to examine and explain the implications of the text and understanding the hadith is one of the topics that has been responsible for the direction of the studies of scholars of Quran and contemporary hadith in recent years. Achieving the process and mechanism of how to understand the hadith text and explain its implications in Ayatollah Javadi Amoli's hadith research studies is the main goal of the upcoming mapping (goal). Now this question is raised, what is the jurisprudence method of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli in his hadith studies (question)?The type of research is fundamental and developmental and uses the method of description and analysis to discover and explain the dimensions and different parts of the research problem (method). The findings of the present research show that Ayatollah Javadi Amoli's method in understanding hadith and explaining its implications uses a process model, systematic and dependent on Quranic concepts, which is the direct dependence of the practical meaning and the serious meaning of hadith and the application of both to strong Quranic principles and concepts, for Discovering the correct meaning of hadith is the drawing of the main foundations of its structure (research findings).
