چکیده

«زیارت جامعة کبیره» چکیده‌ای از مهم‌ترین متون در راستای امام‌شناسی می‌باشد که امام هادی^(ع) به رهپویان امامت و سالکان طریق ولایت آموخته‌است. این زیارت، مضامین عالی و معارف بلند دینی در راستای معرفت به وجود ائمة هدی^(ع) می‌باشد که مقام‌ها و فضائلی والا برای ایشان بیان فرموده‌است. ائمه^(ع) قابلیت‌ها و کمالاتی دارند که خداوند به آن‌ها عنایت فرموده‌است، به‌گونه‌ای که این قابلیت‌ها آن بزرگواران را واسطة فیض الهی و دوام و بقاء آفرینش قرار داده‌است. جستار پیش رو با رویکردی فقه‌الحدیثی به بررسی محتوای زیارت جامعه کبیره پرداخته‌است و در این میان، دو جنبة این زیارت تحلیل و بررسی شده‌است. اول اینکه معارف این زیارت به لحاظ فقه‌الحدیثی در معنای نقد متن روایات، نه تنها معارض با قرآن و سنت قطعی نمی‌باشد، بلکه این دو منبع مهم دین آن را تأیید می‌نمایند، از جنبة دیگر فقه‌الحدیثی در معنای فهم مراد احادیث معصومین^(ع) با نگرشی قرآنی و روایی به بررسی محتوای زیارت جامعة کبیره می‌پردازد و در این باب، جایگاه اهل بیت^(ع) را در ابعاد مختلف تبیین می‌نماید. نتیجه آنکه بررسی جایگاه ائمه^(ع) با رویکرد قرآنی ـ روایی استحقاق امامان^(ع) به عنوان جانشینان برحق پیامبر اکرم^(ص) را اثبات می‌کند.

A Jurisprudent Approach to Ziarat Jamea Kabira with an Emphasis on Determining the Place of Ahlolbait (pbut)

چکیده [English]

Ziarat Jamea Kabira is an abstract of the most important texts related to Imamology which Imam Hadi (pbuh) taught to the wayfarers of Imamate and leadership. This Ziarat, having some valuable topics and high theological knowledge, helps us get to know the Infallibles (pbut). It also mentions high dignity and virtues for them. The Infallibles (pbut) have capabilities which God bestowed on them, in a way that these capabilities have made them the medium of divine grace and the stability of creation. The study, using a jurisprudent approach, reviews the texts of Ziarat Jamea Kabira from two aspects: first, the knowledge of this Ziarat in terms of jurisprudence, which tries to review the texts of tradition, is not only in line with the absolute tradition and Quran, but also it is validated by these two sources of religion.  From another aspect, jurisprudence, meaning understanding the meaning of the hadiths of the Infallibles (pbut), using a Quranic stance, tries to review the texts of Ziarat Jamea Kabira and determines the place of the Infallibles(pbut) in different aspects. In conclusion, looking at the place of the Infallibles (pbut) with a Quranic-narrative approach confirms the absolute right of the Imams (pbut) as the right successors of the holy prophet (pbuh).
