The expressive miracle of the Qur'an is one of the aspects that all Muslim scholars have accepted as an important aspect of the miracle of the Qur'an since the beginning of Islam. In recent times, orientalists have also conducted extensive studies in this field; Some have praised the fairness of the language and others have tried to tarnish it by asking questions to question the book's revelation. In this research, focusing on George Seal's problems in this field, the suspicions have been examined and criticized. The aim was to extract the answer to the doubts raised from literary books and commentaries, and then to defend the literary miracle of the Qur'an and its revelation. To this end, the collection of suspicions and George Seale's views on it are first mentioned; in a summary, the answer is given. It seems that the unfamiliarity of the perpetrators with the structure of the Qur'an, which is a spoken (spoken) rather than written (written) structure, has been the source of many of these doubts. However, many of these problems, due to the speech structure of the Qur'an and its gradual decline over twenty-two years, are in line with the audience and represent the peak of the rhetoric and eloquence of the Qur'an.

Stylistics as a branch of modern linguistics always strives to examine the text in terms of aesthetics, regardless of history, society and the life of its author, which extratextual matters. Studying the Surahs of the Quran from this point of view indicates that the Quran is a technical, precise, timeless and super-human text and has a unique and consistent structure. The framework of stylistics includes a review of phonology, vocabulary, sequences, definite or indefinite structures, singular and plural words, repetition, nominal or verbal sentences, and types of questions and so on. The present study examines the aesthetic and stylistic aspects of the Surah Al-Qamar through a descriptive-analytical method, while taking into account the unique context of the Surah itself. The result of the study revealed that, given the context of the Surah, words, sentences, and letters have been used artistically in a unique sequence and position. The words serve the meaning perfectly, and the meaning has affected the choice of words, in a way that it would not be possible to modify, move, or make a suggestion in order to alter and transform the text.

One of the most important aspects of the miracle of the Quran is its literary miracle that has lead to the Quran to be studied by scholars and linguists. With the growth of linguistic knowledge both in the theoretical and applied fields, Islamic scholars have recognized the importance of this discipline, and they have studied its methods with scruitiny and are contantly striving to implement the methods on the Quran, the most eloquent text. To this end, the present paper aims to perform a stylistic analysis of the Surah Hojorat. The three levels of language, literature, and thought have been considered. On the linguistic level, phonology, morphology, and syntax have been studied. On the literary level, tropes, metaphors, irony, and antitheses have been examined. Lastly, on the intellectual level, the imageries of the Quran regarding back-biting, and also the omniscience of God have been studied.

Abstract Communication is one of the important issues extensively discussed in most of the fields of the humanities. From among the issues related to communication, rhetorical verbal communication—with the focus on the Quran—is one of the most valuable rhetorical, literary, and Quranic concerns examined in this article. Communication has been of great importance for human lives. It has been so important that from the beginning prophets have paid close attention to it and described different ways of communicating with others. It has also had a great and specific place in philosophy. Not surprisingly, these days because of the increase in different ways of communication and the formation of the global village, it has, to a large extent, found its due attention. That is why numerous researchers and scientists have examined it. From among different types of communication, the importance of verbal communication is more conspicuous, as it can have positive and negative impacts on human’s life or even change or end his life. This is so because man has no way but to communicate. More importantly, the Quran has profoundly focused on it; it has artfully and wisely considered rhetorical verbal communication, the perfect form of communication. A good many studies should be carried out in order to get to know it more. To this end, this article aims to present a small portion of this huge truth. In so doing, it deals with rhetorical verbal communication, different types of rhetorical communication, and its characteristics in order to open up new avenues for further research.

Resemblance is a well-known device in oratory. In this article, ten samples of the verses of the Holy Quran, in which resemblance has been used, are reviewed, and the views and analysis of interpreters and scholars specializing in Quran are explained. The main point is that the application of concepts such as ‘mind’, ‘conscience’, ‘ego’, ‘soul’, ‘ridicule’, forgetfulness’, ‘wile’, ‘deception’ etc. to the holy nature of God is not admissible, and, in case these concepts have emerged in the verses [of Quran], they have been used with for the sake of uniformity, similarity, and syntactic and rhetorical symmetry, which is one of the literary styles of this holy book.

Regarding the fact that many of the verses in the Holy Quran have been expressed in the form of condensation, the transfer of its very sense is an important issue in translations. This paper examines two old (Sourabadi and Meybodi) and six contemporary (Ayati, Elahi Qomshei, Ansari, Saffarzadeh, Fouladvand & Makarem Shirazi) Persian translations of the Holy Quran and assesses the way in which the translators have transfered the concept of the quranic condensation. In doing so, firstly, some of the quranic condensations are given and then they are compared with the Persian condensations. Finally, this paper tries to evaluate the way in which the quranic condensations have been translated by these translators.

Secondary meanings of a sentence, whether declarative or imperative, refer to the intentions and purposes of producing that sentence and they are different from its literal meaning. For instance, the holy verse "My Lord, surely I have brought it forth a female" (رَبِّ إِنِّی وَضَعْتُهَا أُنثَى) which is an utterance by the mother of Jesus Christ (PBUH), refers, on the surface, to the female sex of the infant, whereas the ultimate purpose of this utterance is to express sorrow at the birth of this female infant. The present paper examines the verses of the holy chapter "The Cow" from this perspective.
