One of the most important approaches to the evaluation of hadith is the dating of hadith, which has received the attention of western scholars in contemporary hadith research. The current research also focuses on the document - text of the proposition "I came to slaughter". And it seeks to evaluate these questions, which period does the drawing of documentary network and narrative analysis show and what meaning does it confirm? It should be noted that this article has reached the approach using the descriptive- analytical method that the drawing of the document and the text of the narrative based on narrative and oral documentation all indicate the weakness of the narrative and its excessive expansion in the age of conquests. The single document of narration in Shia sources and its narration in the writings of "Rawandi" and "Tabarsi" are among the most important results of the combined analysis of narration.

The Quran is an ever-flowing spring in the bed of time, whose thirst for truth and guidance has been quenched by its clarity, and it is still flowing and eternal in the passage of time. One of the most important secrets of the Qur'an's immortality is the adaptation and spreading of the contents of the verses to new examples in the passage of time. This action is referred to as "Jerry's rule" or "Jerry's and matching rule". Ayatollah Marafet believes that the current rule is different from the interpretation of the verse; Therefore, it is important and necessary to review and criticize this view based on traditions. Therefore, in this research, with descriptive-analytical method, we are trying to find the answer to this question, is the theory of Ayatollah Marafet based on the negation of the interpretation of Jari's rule consistent with the hadiths? In this regard, first his point of view is presented and then using the traditions in which the interpretation of the Qur'an is described in examples that are beyond the reason and subject of the revelation of the verses, as well as the traditions in which the rule of Jari is used and it is specified that this practice, His claim was criticized and proved that implementation is one of the types of interpretation of the Qur'an.

AbstractOne of the important issues that has been the topic for argumentation among Islamic scientists is the existence of a world known as Zar world. The important reasons for the approval of Zar world is based on Versus of 172 and 173 in Aaraf chapter and various traditions that are cited in traditional books of Shia. Based on this verse and the relevant traditions, aloha has created human beings in material world before creating them in this world and all human beings in that world has surrendered to his divinity and recognized Allah. So Allah has given the ultimatum to all human beings. Some Islamic scientists denied the existence of this world buy questioning the reliability of the traditions related to Zar world or they have denied there relevance of these traditions to this world. In order to answer the question that "what common hadiths of belief are found in the book Usul Kafi and the Sahihs of the Sunnis (Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim), the present research was conducted. It is considered as Laihdara al-Faqih, Tahhib al-Ahkam, al-Istbasar) and for the Imamiyyah, it is a noble position. Sunnis have such a value for the famous authentic books, especially the Sahihs, i.e. Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. Since we did not find such a case study or similar in the articles, it is not possible to mention a background for it. In addition to increasing knowledge, research in the field of narrative sharing is also important in terms of approximation. Al-Zekr identified the common belief chapters in them, then the common belief hadiths were extracted from these chapters. The lack of similar studies in this field and within the scope of the target books ruled out the possibility of case-by-case discussion and comparison. Finally, common belief hadiths were extracted and counted, which include a total of 39 common topics. After determining the narrative range, the typology of these common narratives was also explained.IntroductionThe comparative analysis of the hadiths of Fariqin is one of the important topics that is frequently used in Islamic and human sciences. In order to answer the question of "what common hadiths of belief are found in the book Usul Kafi and the Sahihs of the Sunnis (Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim), the present research was conducted. It is considered as Laihdara al-Faqih, Tahzib al-Ahkam, al-Istebsar, and for the Imamiyyah, it is a noble position. Sunnis have such value for the famous authentic books, especially the Sahihs, i.e. Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. In addition to increasing knowledge, research in the field of narrative sharing is also important in terms of approximation.Literature ReviewIn the review of the research literature, several articles are found on the comparative analysis of the Hadiths of Fariqin. Examples of it are: a comparative study of the interaction of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) with the second caliph in the war with the Sassanids (in Sunni and Shia historical sources), a comparative study of Mahdism in Shia and Sunni interpretive traditions, research and investigation in sources of ijtihad in Shia and Shia jurisprudence. Sunnah review and research of sources of ijtihad in Shia and Sunni jurisprudence, comparative review of Shia and Sunni opinions on women's employment, documentary and brokering of hijab narrations in Sunni hadith sources "with emphasis on the method of determining the common circle", review a comparative analysis of the theory of the jurisprudence from the point of view of Shia and Sunnis, a comparative study of inheritance classes in Shia and Sunni jurisprudence and French law with an approach to the view of Imam Khomeini (PBUH), a comparative study of the legitimacy of disobeying an unjust ruler in Shia and Sunni political jurisprudence.MethodsIn this research, a complete review of the target books of both religions was done first. In the next step, the religious chapters of all target books were extracted and then these chapters were compared. Common and similar hadiths, both verbal and spiritual, were separated and counted. Then, by mentioning their similarities and commonalities, they were codified. Al-Zekr identified the common belief chapters in them, then the common belief hadiths were extracted from these chapters. The lack of similar studies in this field and within the scope of the target books ruled out the possibility of case-by-case discussion and comparison. Finally, common belief hadiths were extracted and counted, which included a total of 39 common topics. After determining the narrative range, the typology of these common narratives was also explained. Results and ConclusionOut of the thirty-nine topics common in the belief traditions of the sufficient and correct principles of Sunnis, twenty-three topics (58.9%) were related to the subject of God. Six of the thirty-nine mentioned topics (15.3%) were related to the topic of justice. Discussions such as Muslims not being reprimanded due to the practices of their time of ignorance, discretion in divine reward and punishment, dependence of guidance on divine will, rejection of absolute predestination, and rejection of absolute human agency are among these narrations. It is obvious that there is no sign of hadiths that clearly mention the inter-religious matters in Sahih. Three cases (7.6%) out of the thirty-nine cases mentioned are related to the subject of prophethood and prophecy. Five of the thirty-nine topics mentioned (12.8%) can be used in the topic of Imamate. Hadiths in which death without an Imam is considered the death of ignorance, Ali's love is considered to be faith, and innovation in religion is considered to be misguidance. Mutawatri hadiths such as the hadith of Saqlain, the hadith of Tathir, and the hadith of the Khyber conquest are included in this group. 5.1% similar issues (two cases) related to the subject of resurrection are the hadiths in which the mention of the Zakum tree in hell is used or the committing of major sins are considered to be the cause of entering the fire.

Therefore, man is disillusioned with the era of extreme rationalism of modernity. In an effort to explore the knowledge of God Almighty in a safe and secure beach. The narrations and versions of Infallible Imams (AS) are the noble ones who made God visible with the eyes of the mind and the heart. One of the types of expressive methods in education is the use of parables. In the language of the innocents, using this form of concrete, material, and tangible expression is a better path-breaker for them in conveying spiritual and lofty concepts. In the current research, using the library-document method, by studying and examining the Sharif Kafi book, he extracted parables that are similar to God or in the domain of divine pleasure, and then the structure and content of these parables were evaluated using the content analysis method. These lofty spiritual concepts were explained to the audience through extraordinary imagery using a common tool called metaphor.

It is necessary for all Muslims to know the position of the Imams. Some have exaggerated about him. Some have also gone astray and have denied some virtues of the imams. The phrase people are our creation, which is used in the letter 28 of Nahj-al-Balaghah, expresses a virtue for the Imams. Most commentators have interpreted the terms in this cultivated phrase. Some have translated it as made. The second interpretation seems exaggerated. This research was conducted to understand the correct meaning of this phrase which helps to know the Imams and their virtues. For this purpose, with a descriptive-analytical method, in terms of lexicon and Arabic rules, the correspondence of Imam Ali (AS) and Mu'awiyah, the hadith family, and the rules of jurisprudence were examined. Studies show that the second interpretation, in general, can not be wrong and is different from the idea of Exaggerating, but here this meaning has not been considered by Imam Ali (AS). Because he did not use evolutionary concepts in his conversation with Mu'awiyah, because accepting or not accepting it has little effect and only shows the Imams as lovable human beings and seeks their praise. Rather, in conversation with him, they introduced legislative and educational concepts that the audience's responsibility to know. Therefore, the first interpretation is more appropriate for this phrase; because the Imams have come to arrest and have sacrificed their lives for this. This style of educational look at the narrations of the Imams is required in the explanations and can turn the narrations of the Imams into practical points for life.

translation of religious and sacred texts, especially Nahj al-Balaghah, is one of the most important ways to convey their concepts. These translations need a precise and scientific evaluation in order to identify the shortcomings in them and thus improve the quality of translations. In the meantime, the numerous models have been proposed by translation experts to evaluate translation. Vinay and Darbelnet model is one of the most efficient translation theories that can be employed as a scientific framework for evaluating translated texts, particularly those of religious nature. This model, which is a combination of direct and indirect translation methods, consists of seven procedures: borrowing, literal translation , calque, transposition, modulation, equivalence, adaptation. In this research, which has done by descriptive-analytical methodology, a part of the translation of Faiz al-Islam from Nahj al-Balaghah is analyzed based on the Vinay and Darbelnet model, and the rate of application of septet techniques is specified. the results show that the translator, while being faithful to the source text and observing the principle of fiduciary duty, has primarily adopted the indirect translation method which has produced a smooth and eloquent rendition.

Considering that the description in Arabic literature is mentioned as one of the important techniques of poetry along with praise, satire, and mourning, this article emphasizes the descriptions of Nahj al-Balaghah in addition to the philosophical, theological, and mystical dimensions from a literary point of view to clarify what fruit of hadith jurisprudence brings from this point of view. This article provides us with two ways to better understand the descriptions of Nahj al-Balaghah. Because the appearances of words have meanings that sometimes convey them clearly and sometimes in the form of accessories that come with them. Literary arrays also each have implications for conveying meaning, of course, the arrays that are spoken of in the science of expression, such as similes, metaphors, metaphors, and irony, are not arrays of novel science

Methodical understanding of hadith" depends on the application of "rules of understanding". On the other hand, simply applying the rules of understanding does not lead to the realization of methodical understanding, but it is also necessary to pay attention to the disadvantages of understanding. Ignoring the harms of understanding disrupts the methodical understanding of the hadith, and it takes the researcher away from the speaker's main intention. One of the disadvantages of understanding hadith is neglecting the source of hadith. The following article seeks to calculate the consequences of neglecting the source of hadith. With the effort that was made, it became clear that so far no writing has been published about the contexts and consequences of neglecting the source of hadith. This research, which was carried out with a descriptive-analytical method, has come to the conclusion that according to the mentioned method, The grounds of neglecting the source of Hadith are: miswriting, distortion, fragmentation, illusion of the narrator, substitution and synonymy. Also, the consequences of not paying attention to the sources of hadith include: perception of conflict between hadith, incorrect understanding of hadith, creation of problems in hadith, perception of meaninglessness of hadith and generalization.

The promised issue and determining its place in the subject of Mahdism is a divine tradition which is stated in Islamic teachings. In this regard, the news and narrations related to Imam Ali (AS) have a special place. This research seeks to answer the following question: What is the necessity of Mahdism and its nature in the news related to Imam Ali (AS)? This is especially true because it seems that the Conduct of Imam Mahdi (AS) is a comprehensive and ideal example that Imam Ali (AS) aimed to realize. Therefore, there is a direct relationship between Mahdavi's world rule and Imam Ali (AS). The results of this research indicate that in the news of Imam Ali (as), Mahdism is one of the most important revelation teachings and learning about it is the duty of religious faith. According to this, Imam Mahdi (AS) is one of the sons of Imam Ali (AS) and Ahlul Bayt (AS) and as the Imam and the divine caliph, he has the status of "Welayat". Also, Mahdism, in all its dimensions, is directly related to the will of God and issues such as "birth", "absence" and "emergence" and "expectation" and so on, are related to God's knowledge and power. Imam Ali (as), by designing Mahdiism, considers the only way of approaching God and prosperity to be monotheistic thinking which entails " Welayat " as its terms and conditions. Therefore, all human beings are invited to follow the Imam Mahdi (AS), and it instructs everyone to deal with the allegations made by the enemies on the promised issue of Mahdiism.
