translation of religious and sacred texts, especially Nahj al-Balaghah, is one of the most important ways to convey their concepts. These translations need a precise and scientific evaluation in order to identify the shortcomings in them and thus improve the quality of translations. In the meantime, the numerous models have been proposed by translation experts to evaluate translation. Vinay and Darbelnet model is one of the most efficient translation theories that can be employed as a scientific framework for evaluating translated texts, particularly those of religious nature. This model, which is a combination of direct and indirect translation methods, consists of seven procedures: borrowing, literal translation , calque, transposition, modulation, equivalence, adaptation. In this research, which has done by descriptive-analytical methodology, a part of the translation of Faiz al-Islam from Nahj al-Balaghah is analyzed based on the Vinay and Darbelnet model, and the rate of application of septet techniques is specified. the results show that the translator, while being faithful to the source text and observing the principle of fiduciary duty, has primarily adopted the indirect translation method which has produced a smooth and eloquent rendition.

Tasnim [in the interpretation of the Quran] written by Ayatollah Javadi Amoli is considered as one of the most important contemporary exegeses. A better understanding of Tasnim provides a better and more specialized utilization of it, and understanding the Quran in this way can be interpreted as an interpretive model for the future works. Now the question is: what are the principles, method, and disposition of Tasnim? In this paper, the exegesis’s principles, method, and disposition are dealt with through referring to the exegesis of Tasnim and other works of him. In the end, it is concluded that the exegete of Tasnim has employed three methods throughout his exegesis: the Quran with Quran, the Quean with tradition, and the Quran with the rationale, and his method of the exegesis of Tasnim has been found to be comprehensive. The exegesis, written by the Quran to rationale method in Tasnim, has been organized through different dispositions including literary, Kalām, jurisprudential, philosophical, mystical, and social. Furthermore, social tendency is the dominant inclination in Tasnim.

One of the most important issues to both sects is the discussion surounding the Ayahs suggesting the greatness and virtues of Imam Ali (AS). As the theological assumptions regarding leadership and guardianship are not the same in Shi’ism and Sunnism, the two sects do not view leadership in the same light. Therefore, the Farsi translations of these Ayahs are affected by theological assumptions. Of course, Sunni translators do not hold a unified opinion regarding this matter. Some of them have employed their own ideological assumptions in their translation. Some others have not implemented such assumptions while translating, and they have taken up a position of silence, preventing sectarial prejudices from being further stirred. The present study aims to refer to valid narratives and the opinions of the interpreters of the two sects about the Ayahs of the leadership and virtues of Imam Ali (AS) in order to study and analyse the most prominent Sunni (Dehlavi, Khorramdel, and Ansari) and Shi’a (Elahi Qamshei, Meshkini, and Makarem Shirazi) interpretive translations. Through this method, possible weaknesses and strengths can be revealed, and the effect of theological assumptions and prejudices in the translations of Sunni translatirs can be shown. Furthermore, through the principles of theology, we can examine whether Shi’a translations have been successful in conveyin the content of the Ayahs.

Based on the Qur'an, Man is the best creature of God. That is why Qur'an refers to him a lot, and some judgments have been made about man and his deeds. Given the importance of anthropological value and its impact on human behavior, in this article we have classified the Qur'anic judgments into two groups: condemnatory and complimentary features. Furthermore, these features have been briefly analyzed based on some contemporary and earlier interpretations of Sunnis and Shiites. It is important to know in what ways man in the Qur'an seems to be worthy of praise or condemnation, and to know what proportion exists between them based on the quantitative and qualitative assessment and which one is more fundamental. The main question in this case is what is the dual philosophy of the Qur'anic descriptions about man? This study is a library-based, descriptive, and hermeneutics with a theoretical approach which tries to seek the answers to the questions based on the Qur'an. It is suggested that all the instincts and attributes that the human nature are composed of, either positive and negative, pave the way for his excellence and perfection, and are necessary for the human growth. Moreover, if some human features are criticized in some verses of the Qur'an, It is because of the fact that man has misused or overused them or even the criticism is relative. That is to say man is attributed a condemnatory feature when he is compared with some creatures or divine greatness. Therefore, the reason of dual descriptions of man in the Qur'an becomes clear and the superficial contradiction between the verses of praising and blaming disappears.

The term “Essence of Scripture” has been used in three verses of the Holy Qur’an. Differing views have been articulated with regard to this term, and there seems to be no global consensus on the issue. Some consider the three occurrences of this term to be the same and in line with the Guarded Tablet. Others see differences among the three uses of this term. It seems that we should differentiate between the three uses, while we take all three into account. Focusing on the style of these verses, we can arrive at the conclusion that this term refers to different things in differing situations. Hence, we may claim that this term has a relative meaning in Quranic verses and in different contexts conveys distinct senses; for instance, in one verse it refers to a part of the book revealed to the holy Prophet (PBUH), in another to the origin of legislative affairs and in the third verse to the source of formative issues. All three uses of this term share a common meaning component: connection to divine source and revelation.

Theoreticians have since attempted to analyze the structure of the narrative using various methods such as dividing narrative into its segments. The Holy Qur’an urges the mankind to follow the example of prophets and divine leaders. This article seeks to analyze the Qur’anic account of Mary’s narrative in order to show its actions, general structure, and the relationship between its plot, theme, structure, characters, and their actions. The results are presented in the form of tables and graphs.

The holy Quran has given different names for the day of resurrection one of which is the day of Tobleo Sarayer, meaning when the secrets will be revealed. The question to be discussed in this paper is if these secrets will be revealed to all creatures of just to the person. After studying and analyzing the available books and interpretations, tow views stood out. One view is that the secrets of each person will be revealed to all people so that all find out if they are good or bad and, in this way, they will suffer more or will be rewarded more. Another view is that the secrets of each person will be revealed to themselves only so that they cannot deny their actions and whatever was forgotten to be calculated for or against them. Although which view can be true the idea can be a warning for humans in this world that they cannot hide the actions. Referring to Siagh, interpretive narrations, and opinions of interpreters and with an emphasis on the mercy and hiding act of God, Mokhtar believes that human secrets will be revealed to just to them and all those who were affected by or from their actions.

One of the arguments that is of great interest in deriving jurisprudential issues and rulings is the structure of reasoning. The structure of wisdom is the observation of the behavior and approach of wise people in different fields of life, who, based on the benefits and harms, put a way to do or leave a behavior. Allameh Tabatabaei, as a jurist commentator and with a deep insight into issues and cases, has used this source of inference in his arguments and correctly explained the validity and significance of the intellectual structure from Allameh's point of view. This article, compiled by descriptive-analytical method, examines the structure of wise men from the perspective of this wise thinker, and the result of the article shows that firstly, the structure of reason is an important source for inferring rulings. . And secondly, the basis of its validity is the fact that the rulings issued by reason are definitive. And it is certain, but because the intellect is practical and related to dos and don'ts, it has limitations. In practical applications, people may deviate. As a result, it needs Sharia approval. Some claim a contradiction in Allameh's statement regarding the validity of the intellectual structure, it does not seem correct. By accepting Allameh's principles, there is no difference between the new structures and those related to the Innocent Age, and this itself can open the way for fundamental studies in Islamic jurisprudence and law.

According to semantic theories, one of the best ways to understand the meaning of words, along with the use of vocabulary resources and etc., is to use the feature of contrast. The present study deals with the semantic analysis of the opposition of the words “Yamin” and “Shemal” in the Holy Quran, while in this opposition, “Yamin” is presented to “Shemal”, and in addition to the opposition, the use of the context of the preceding and following verses is also considered. . Sometimes, from the context or the meaning of the opposite word, some meanings are understood that cannot be seen in any dictionary. Besides, there is a semantic affinity between the understood meaning and the original word. Based on the findings of this research, the words yamin and north generally mean "right" and "left", but they have other secondary meanings that are related to the main meaning. Other meanings of the word Yamin are power, goodness, ownership, agreement and oath, all of which are related to the right hand. The word north, in addition to left hand and left side, conveys the meaning of weakness and (spiritual) weakness, which is related to the original meaning. But when the word ashab is added to these two words, they no longer mean directions, and this matter has been overlooked by most translators, and the meaning has not been fulfilled.

An indicative aspect of the wonders of the Qur'an is related to its special expressive structure, which is reflected in the choice of words and expressions, especially in the issues of sexual education, and in many verses of the Qur'an, while using ironic words and expressions, any explicit and polite words have been avoided in these issues. With the aim of exploring these verses, this research has investigated the role of ironic language in Islamic sexual education through the descriptive-analytical method. The results of this research show that in the sexual education of Islam, especially in the verses of the Quran, the way of expression used to raise sexual issues is completely charged with chastity of speech, politeness of speech and utmost politeness, and divine speech is full of eloquence and extraordinary beauty and the selection of words and sentences is allusive in such a way that the divine word is free of any explicit, obscene and ugly words in these matters. This way of expression originates from God's modesty and stardom and is crystallized in the verses of the Quran and should be considered a desirable and important model in the field of educational and moral issues.

It urges the believers to stand against the enemies and be kind to the oppressed and underprivileged. According to the Holy Qur’an, “Thus, have We made of you an Ummat justly balanced, that ye might be witnesses over the nations, and the Messenger a witness over yourselves” (2:143). The Holy Prophet of Islam (SAW) also states, “Verily, Allah has sent me as a blessing for all the nations of the world.” Not only is Islam the religion of mercy, but also the Holy Prophet of Islam (SAW) is a blessing for mankind. This article is an attempt to unveil the luminous face of Islam through La Osr va Haraj Rule (Denegation of Hardship Rule).

Regression and reincarnation are amongst the common terminologies in the literature of Islamic exegetes, prolocutors and philosophers. It is primarily necessary to expurgate the two subjects to find out the fundamental differences between them. Secondly, it is necessary to find out which concept is accepted by notable Islamic scholars and which is rejected by the key figures of hermeneutics, discourse and philosophy. The present paper aims to investigate the two notions and present the views of the scholars of this field. In general, regression is accepted by hermeneutics scholars as it is a Quranic fact, and the regression of certain people during Imam Mahdi’s (pbuh) Coming is, under special circumstances, confirmed by Shiite scholars. Reincarnation, however, in all of its forms, is rejected by Peripatetic philosophers and those following Mulla Sadra’s philosophy, even though some Orientalist philosophers have accepted certain forms of reincarnation.

There is no doubt that the Holy Quran covers a wide range of the human life, and the life style is one of the general issues that covers all aspects of the human life and is of great importance. Thus, because of the broad scope of anthropology and Islamic lifestyle, just three principles which are two dimensions of life, the purposeful life, and humans’ caliphate on the earth are discussed. Accordingly, the positions and roles of these three principles in the style of family life have been explained. Believing in these principles brings about a fundamental change in family life and brings relaxed and spiritual lives to families. Furthermore, by motivating family members it makes them become optimistic about life and overcome immorality. The Quranic attitude towards humans makes humans always go towards perfection and divine life. Moreover, by having regular and detailed plans and observing moral values, we will have a family lifestyle based on the Quran.

Citing the Holy Quran has a long history. From the beginning of the revelation of Quran, the prophet (Pbuh), Hazrat Fatimah (SA) and also all Imams cited and referred to Quran in their speeches. Later, the poets and authors employed a Quranic rhetorical style and used Quranic thoughts and expressions in their works. Since after the prophet (Pbuh), the Holy Quran was interpreted and explicated by the Imams and Hazrat Zahra (SA) whose speeches are full of citing Quran and Quranic expressions. Therefore, it is necessary to study the typology of Hazrat Zahra (SA) and Imams' speeches concerning the Quranic citations. In this regard, Fadakieh Sermon which is one of the most eloquent hadiths of Hazrat Zahra (SA) and concerns the usurpation of Fadak is full of Quran verses and allusions. The present study aims to find out in detail the answer to the question: "what was the typology of Quranic citations of Hazrat Zahra (SA) in Fadakieh Sermon?"

Scholars do not agree regarding the order of the Quran as miraculous. Early scholars have considered order in its literal and rhetorical sense and have limited it to grammar. However, later scholars have expanded the notion by adding methodology and symmetry, and have taken into account unity of the entirety of a Surah and finally the Quran itself. To this end, the proponents of opponents have debated the miraculous nature of the order of the Quran. However, the Quran is of importance as a message-focused text regarding which linguistics strives to examine order in levels of words, ayahs, Surahs and the entirety of the Quran, which is done with an interpersonal method serving to establish and maintain social relations and with a textual function method in which the function of language is to produce oral or written texts. The purpose of the present study is to depict the evolution of the concept of order throughout history and to suggest a true and tangible concept of order in the Quran by listing different viewpoints and through an intra-textual and analytical-descriptive method.

Feminist thought considers the whole truth of the human being to be limited to its body. Thus, by observing the physical differences between the two genders, it divides human beings into two different and even opposite groups: the man with superior physical strength, the principle of humanity; and the woman with physical weakness, a submissive and obedient of man. In this type of anthropology, the demand for equal rights seems justified if and only if any difference between the genders is rejected. While the Islamic worldview basically considers the truth of humans' existence to be its soul, neither its body nor the sum of its body and soul; Moreover, since the soul is free from any flaws of being male and female, there is no difference in the humanity of individuals. Gender grandiosity in feminist culture and the deprivations that women have suffered as a result have led them to deny gender. This paper aims to show that feminist teachings in the field of women and family are not compatible with the teachings of Islam, but this inconsistency does not prevent a comparative and objective study between two perspectives without value-laden judgment. Also, this paper, through library research and content analysis, analyzes some issues of the family institution with a focus on women from the perspective of Islam and feminism. The novelty of this paper, in addition to comparing the two perspectives, is to learn from the declining family in Western culture and to avoid the adaptation of destructive Western cultural elements and extremist feminism.

Prayer is questions and requests of servants from God to meet a material or spiritual need. Prayer includes the needs that are fulfilled before God and the purpose of saying these needs is to be fulfilled and answered. This paper deals with the main question: How is prayer described in the Old Testament, the New Testament, and the Qur'an? He has studied prayer using a partial comparative method. This paper has shown that: Prayer in the Old Testament was the only worship with words, and after a long time, Tafila was derived from prayer. Prayer in the New Testament has the highest place of worship among other worships. The most important point in prayer is the intimacy of the praying person and the prayer that arises from the whole heart and soul. There is also no specific place for prayer, although the greatest emphasis is on prayer in private; But the houses of the believers, the mountains around the city, the synagogue, and the church are considered places of prayer. In the Qur'an, prayer is one of the examples of worship; The importance of prayer in the Qur'an is such that the value of a man is determined by prayer, and if it is not human prayer, it does not deserve God's attention. Prayer in the Qur'an is in human instinct. Therefore, any natural need can be the subject of human prayer. One of the most important functions of the verses of the Qur'an is human growth and excellence in the shadow of correct education. Therefore, one of the richest approaches to the verses is their interpretation based on educational issues and the reasons for their correct revelation. In this regard, the Holy Qur'an introduces the Prophet as a good example. On the other hand, some accuse him of injustice based on unscientific and intentional material, and based on the reasons for the incorrect revelation of verses, and consider the Holy Qur'an to be ineffective in guiding human beings due to mentioning these private issues of his life. According to them, the design of these issues in the Qur'an shows that the Qur'an is fabricated and ungodly. The first verses of Tahrir surah are one of the issues raised on this claim. Therefore, the present study, with a descriptive, analytical approach, with a library method and citing reliable sources, has revealed the reasons for the real revelation of this surah and has responded to the doubts in this regard. Finally, it has examined the usefulness of the verses in cases such as negligence, compassion, resolving the truth, secrecy, realism in expectations, and so on.

The methods of historical and descriptive semantics and then quantitative and qualitative analysis and discourse analysis have been used to answer this question: how is laughter explained in verses and traditions? This research in the field of historical semantics shows that the word Zahk had a broad meaning before Islam, which included the meaning of laughing, wondering, and mocking. And from the point of view of descriptive semantics, the word laughter, and its related words, by using the rule of the context of the semantic core of laughter and the systematic connection of its components, show that laughter has different meanings according to its companions, some of which are praiseworthy, such as happiness and laughter in heaven and some are reprehensible like mockery. Also, this research has shown that the principle of laughter is not intrinsically reprehensible, but it has limited laughter to appropriate conditions, times, and places.

After the Holy Qur’an, hadith is the second most credible source for the study of the faith and determining human beings’ path of happiness. Reliance upon this source is greater in some areas of religious studies, including jurisprudence (fiqh) and parts of ethics; the reason is that the grounding principles of these sciences are indicated briefly in the Qur’an, the details being left to be found in hadith. By way of examining books of hadith and books of juridical principle, this paper seeks to find the answer to the question whether hadith is accountable in ethics or not, and that if it is, then how far its impact and scope go. For this purpose, chapters on ethics in some source texts on juridical principles and on ethics are studied and accountability of hadith in ethics is thereby established, while it was found out that ethics strongly needs hadith both for its establishment, i.e. defining its concepts, and for establishing, i.e. approving its propositions, and that hadith is the supporting pillar required for the practice of ethical codes.
