Many of the sayings of Imam Ali (as) in Nahj al-Balaghah have been expressed in the form of descriptions, such as the description of God, the prophets, and so on. Considering that the description in Arabic literature is mentioned as one of the important techniques of poetry along with praise, satire, and mourning, this article emphasizes the descriptions of Nahj al-Balaghah in addition to the philosophical, theological, and mystical dimensions from a literary point of view to clarify what fruit of hadith jurisprudence brings from this point of view. This article provides us with two ways to better understand the descriptions of Nahj al-Balaghah. Because the appearances of words have meanings that sometimes convey them clearly and sometimes in the form of accessories that come with them. Literary arrays also each have implications for conveying meaning, of course, the arrays that are spoken of in the science of expression, such as similes, metaphors, metaphors, and irony, are not arrays of novel science

Kalam is a science that discusses Islamic principles and beliefs and uses various methods of reasoning to dispel the suspicions of opponents. Hadith also means a word that indicates the words, deeds, and narrations of the infallible. This study deals with the analysis of the function of hadith in Kalam and it was concluded that in the first period of Islamic Kalam, Mutakallim wanted to express Islamic beliefs by mentioning verses and hadiths, and even in the period of rational Kalam, hadith was completely abandoned. It was not, but today one of the main problems in Kalam is its distance from the narrated kalam, while the hadith still has a prominent place in explaining Kalam issues, especially in some of its new issues.

The issue of the origin of Isra'iliyyat among Muslims and its entrance to the fields of hadith, history, and interpretation is very important. With the beginning of the age of Compilation of Interpretation, many Isra'iliyyat that entered the field of Islamic culture, entered the interpretations, that Shiite interpretations were no exception to this matter. The method of interaction of Shiite commentators with Israeli traditions from the direction of bringing the document, criticism, and rejection have been different. The Basic injuries of this interpretive attitude go back to two matter: One, avoiding traditions documentary study and the other, avoiding meaning analysis and presenting them on definite traditions and rational reasons; As the heritage of the traditional culture of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS), It is a treasure against Isra'iliyyat and superstition. One of the Shiite interpretations Manhaj Al-Sadiqin Fi Elzame al-Mkhlefin Written by Mullah Fathullah Kashani in which Israeli traditions are seen. the commentator sometimes these traditions have brought for critique; but in some cases, especially in the stories of the prophets, such as the story of Prophet Noah (PBUH), has brought the Israeli traditions without any criticism. these traditions, in addition to the shortcomings of the documentary, also had weaknesses in terms of content and with the explicit text of the Qur'an, the hadiths of the Infallibles (AS) conflict with reason and science.

Among the essential sciences for Fiqh, after the Holy Quran, sunnah and hadiths of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) are the most important sources and sciences which are required, and they are one of the essential foundations of ijtihad. Given their major role in Fiqh, this paper aims to find the use of sunnah in Fiqh by relying on existing sunnah and hadiths and studying Fiqh. To this end, in addition to explaining some basic knowledge of Fiqh, we concentrate on two fields: Fiqh and those who study Fiqh as users and experts in Fiqh’s issues. Consequently, we focus on unauthorized Fiqh’s issues and examine the use of sunnah in each field .Finally, it has been concluded that sunnah and hadiths, in the field of those who study Fiqh, can establish and stabilize the Marjaiat of Shia’s Fiqh. Moreover, in the field of Fiqh and authorized Fiqh’s issues, sunnah and hadith play a helping and proving role. However, this role in the field of Fiqh and unauthorized Fiqh’s issues is opposite. That is to say, it is sometimes helping and sometimes preventing.

Abstract Verses of purification, cursing, friendship, promotion and delegation manifest, in some way, God’s appreciation of the Ahlul Bayt (AS). The scientific life of Hazrat Zaynab (AS) is an angle that is in need of more detailed analysis, since it has been said of this family that “ان هولاء ورثوا العلم والفصاحه زقوا العلم زقا” (certainly, They have inherited the Knowledge and Eloquence, indeed, They have Tasted all Sciences). Hazrat Zaynab, in addition to divine science, has to the fullest all of the conditions of a reliable narrator, in a way that she prophesized the quality of her own martyrdom. Her other attribute, given to her by Ibn Abass, is Aqylah. She is also an unmatched interpreter as her sermons are full of Quranic verses.

An indisputable element in the destiny of humans is the law of heredity. Spiritual and ethical features, similar to physical features, are transferred, through hereditary elements (genes), from parents to children. Some people accept the exclusive role of heredity in determining the destiny of humans but from the viewpoint of some others, the law of heredity is only a basis and is effective in a person’s actions as a requirement and not as definite causality. As a result, it can be strengthened or weakened under the effect of environmental factors, especially upbringing methods; moreover, the humans’ willpower has a considerable role in their prosperity and adversity. It has been tried, in this research to review the place of heredity in the destiny of humans from the viewpoints of the science of genetics, the Quran and the narrations, and the result is that the element of heredity is not dominant on humans’ destiny and does not have an exclusive role in determining it. As a result, people with any type of heredity can be nurtured and are required [to obey the laws of religion], and one of the aims of the prophets is to reinforce desirable hereditary resources and modify disagreeable hereditary bases.

The present research is an effort to understand the literal and spiritual mysteries of the noble dhikr of “There is No God but Allah”, which, according to most Shiite and Sunni scholars, is one of the best and most beneficial dhikrs for a Muslim. The researcher, with his knowledge in the field of Quran and Hadith studies, aims to prove his claim through utilizing the Quran and Itrat [(the Ahl al-Bayt)], two precious memorials left by the Holy Prophet (pbuh). Many researches have been carried out regarding numerical issues in the I’jaz [(inimitability)] of “There is No God but Allah”, most of which are derived from personal taste and lack reliable scientific basis. However, [the question is] are the mysteries of this dhikr limited to numerical issues or do they include different types of I’jaz. Scholars, via careful examination of Quran and Sunnah, consider different aspects of I’jaz for this dhikr. In this research, it has been tried, through a comprehensive view toward numerous Shiite and Sunni resources about this dhikr, to unveil its mysteries as much as possible.

Fear is an emotional reaction which is rooted in a person’s interpretation of situations that seem threatening to his health. The source and perception of threats and dangers can be physical or psychological. Fear triggers the person’s defense mechanism and acts as a warning signal of probable or looming physical or psychological damage. Therefore, fear is a God-given gift and plays a significant role in a person’s life, safeguarding human beings. From the Quranic perspective the most important part of the emotional aspect of fear is the source. This means that if the source is a real threat that might harm a person’s health or undermine his goals, then the fear is acceptable, but if it is rooted in a unreal factor and does not threaten a person’s happiness and well-being, it is unacceptable. From such a perspective, the Qur'an cites different types of fear emotions and provides valuable strategies to manage each.

In the legal systems of Islam and of the Islamic Republic of Iran there exist certain differences in laws for men and women, which are sometimes subject to questions or criticism. One such issue is the inequality of men and women in inheritance and diya. An examination of Islamic juridical and legal rules reveals that ‘diya’ is described as blood money by some authorities in the subject, as a penalty by some others, and as restitution by others, while some other authorities consider it as having penal, substitutionaryand compensational, and preventive aspects. Moreover, the philosophy behind the difference between men and women with regards to ‘diya’ and inheritance is informed by another characteristic feature of the Islamic legal system, the one which burdens men with the responsibility of headship of the family and paying for the family expenses.

After the Holy Qur’an, hadith is the second most credible source for the study of the faith and determining human beings’ path of happiness. Reliance upon this source is greater in some areas of religious studies, including jurisprudence (fiqh) and parts of ethics; the reason is that the grounding principles of these sciences are indicated briefly in the Qur’an, the details being left to be found in hadith. By way of examining books of hadith and books of juridical principle, this paper seeks to find the answer to the question whether hadith is accountable in ethics or not, and that if it is, then how far its impact and scope go. For this purpose, chapters on ethics in some source texts on juridical principles and on ethics are studied and accountability of hadith in ethics is thereby established, while it was found out that ethics strongly needs hadith both for its establishment, i.e. defining its concepts, and for establishing, i.e. approving its propositions, and that hadith is the supporting pillar required for the practice of ethical codes.
