The Cry (weep) is one of the human conditions that it has the appearance and reality. Its appearance is physiological and its reality is internal and emotional factors related to the human spirit. Thecry like a laugh is one of the great gifts of God to man and it has different functions in the life and growth of individuals. The purpose of this paper is to identify and express the position of commendable cry (or weep) in the Quran and hadith.Islam has a special significance for commendable cry (or weep) and it is considered a special place for it.This research shows that the commendable cry (or weep) is three main types including: crying out of fear of retribution, crying for reward and crying for greatness and glory to God and his humiliation.

For reviewing and studying of the text of Quran and proving that this text has come to us from the prophet (pbuh), Muslim scholars are offered various reasonsthat some of these reasons need to review, modify and clarify. One of these reasons is the idea of the frequency of the text of Quran that it has not been explained well.Researchers and scholars disagreeon this issue and sometimes they are opposed to each other, while the frequency of the text is one of the most basic reasons for the historical proof and the authenticity of the Qur'an to prove the historicity and the authenticity of the Qur'an.In this article, we have been investigated the twomainchallenges relatet to Quran namely the opposition of some companions with Osmanworkinunityof codices and the differenceinthe readingsby definingthe frequency ofthe Quran.According to the authors,these two issues can not damage the subject of frequent of the Quran.According to this, for provingthe frequency ofthe Quran, there is no need to recoursetoreasons likea consensus among scholars, invalid hadithes, the piety and similar cases that are usedby scholars forcompatibilitybetween these twocategorie.

Abstract The leadership is one of themain pillars and the basicteachingsof Islamandmore precisely and it is the basicandfundamentaldoctrine ofit.The main purpose ofthisresearch is the study of components of guardianship-centeredness and the effective factors onitsconsolidation according to the Quran and hadithes.Different parts of theresearchare the reasons of importance of guardianship-centeredness, thecomponents of guardianship-centeredness, effective factors onitsconsolidation, its mental and spiritualeffectsandtheharmful resultsof denial or refutation and opposition to the leadership. These issuss are investigatedandanalyzed in this research according to the Holy Quran and the traditions of Imams (AS).The result ofthe study shows thatwhen Islamic teachings arefulfilled in the context of leadership and itsaxisand its orbit, will have realmeaning. The conditions of admission of apply is guardianship-centeredness andeveryonewhoiscloserto theleadership or velayat and every one who is steadier to guardianship-centeredness, hewill benefitmorefromspiritualsources.

Ali ibn Mohammad Kazzaz Razi(Qummi) is one of the famousnarrators, prominentscholars andrenownedShiascholarsin the second half of the fourth century and early fifth century. He has many works in the fields of different religious sciences. Among these works, the book of“Kifayat al-athar fi al-nass 'ala al-A'immah al-ithnay 'ashar’’hasa special place, because ofhisattachment to AhlulBayt and in this book which is written according to Shi'ism about “Caliphate and Imamate’’, many texts and hadithes are expresed which are related to Imamate and the issue of infallibility.According tothe author, the purpose of writing this book is elimination of public consternation and Shia specialpeople and doubt of Mu'tazilagroupofSunniaboutimamatand caliphate of Imamsafterthe Prophet. Therfore, in this study, we tried to reviewthe content ofthese hadithes. For this purpose, we review and study the content and texts of hadithes with an emphasis on “infallibility opinion’’aftermentioning thehadiths that suggests the idea of infallibility and after mentioning common hadithes like these hadithes from Sunni and Shia authentic hadith books.In thispaper, we will study and review eighthadithesof the book of “Kifayat al-athar fi al-nass 'ala al-A'immah al-ithnay 'ashar’’ and we will explain them with hadithes in Sunni and Shiabooks that are aligned with them and by studyingthese hadithes, we canrealize that Imams who have been introduced heir of the Prophet and faith, light and etc can not be innocent and also thesehadithes havenoted on this with the words of “Motahharon’’(Awayfromsin)and “Masomin’’ (Innocent people).

Abstract The main issue of this research is the analysis of the nature and quality of man's evolution in divine revelations according to the reading, wisdom and the structure of author's thought of “al-Mizan’’. Also, There is an explanation of Questions about this problem on the basis of on the views of Allameh Tabatabai. This article has been written based on library data with descriptive- analytical method. The result of this research isachieving three main views about human evolution, namely the physical evolution, mental evolution and the evolution human's Frontend and backend. In the reading of the author of al-Mizan, beside os realization of spiritual degradation(moral or ethical metamorphosis), there is a physical evolution (genetic changes) which it is after this stage. With regard to the idea that their humanity has not disappeared completely and final, Allameh has said that it is possible the continuation of thisruleinothernations and we can found the basis of his speechin the influence of spirit on the body from his look.
