The semantic analysis of the words of the Holy Quran is very important for a better understanding of its great themes. Considering the importance of this matter, the present research seeks to draw a logical path to introduce a practical model and implement it in order to understand the exact meaning of the words of the Holy Quran, which will lead to the understanding of the exact meaning of the verses and also to remove doubts about the non-transtemporality of the Holy Quran. The present research has extracted, analyzed and reviewed the desired data with the analytical-descriptive method, referring to dictionary books, hadiths and narrations as well as the viewpoints of commentators, translators and Quran scholars. On this basis, it has been explained that the focal meaning of words has a function in understanding the vocabulary of the Holy Quran and what tools and factors can play an effective and central role in this context. The results of the research with the approach of "what is the meaning of each of the derivatives of a substance and how is it related to the original substance?" It indicates that there is a common and meaningful connection between the meaning and concept of all the words derived from the same material, that these concepts and elements exist in all the words derived from that material;
