Human knows by his senses that inanimate objects are without understanding, but in the Qur'an, God says all creatures of the universe including humans, animals, plants and inanimate objects, are wise and intelligent. Also he attributes to them things like praise, worship, reverence and etc. Belief in influence of Perfection in all things such as science, life and will, are from accepted principles in transcendental philosophy. Mulla Sadra proves the influence of science in all creatures with rational proofs, but it may seem that this view disagrees with celibacy of science which has been accepted by Mulla Sadra. In this article, we have tried to resolve this conflict or disagreement and we have proved that there is no conflict and Mulla Sadra has found its secret through the verses and hadiths.

Based on the Qur'an, Man is the best creature of God. That is why Qur'an refers to him a lot, and some judgments have been made about man and his deeds. Given the importance of anthropological value and its impact on human behavior, in this article we have classified the Qur'anic judgments into two groups: condemnatory and complimentary features. Furthermore, these features have been briefly analyzed based on some contemporary and earlier interpretations of Sunnis and Shiites. It is important to know in what ways man in the Qur'an seems to be worthy of praise or condemnation, and to know what proportion exists between them based on the quantitative and qualitative assessment and which one is more fundamental. The main question in this case is what is the dual philosophy of the Qur'anic descriptions about man? This study is a library-based, descriptive, and hermeneutics with a theoretical approach which tries to seek the answers to the questions based on the Qur'an. It is suggested that all the instincts and attributes that the human nature are composed of, either positive and negative, pave the way for his excellence and perfection, and are necessary for the human growth. Moreover, if some human features are criticized in some verses of the Qur'an, It is because of the fact that man has misused or overused them or even the criticism is relative. That is to say man is attributed a condemnatory feature when he is compared with some creatures or divine greatness. Therefore, the reason of dual descriptions of man in the Qur'an becomes clear and the superficial contradiction between the verses of praising and blaming disappears.

Human beings need the educational methods in accordance with time, locations, and situations in order to gain proper training for achieving prosperity and eternal perfection. They could gain these methods through the utilization of the past experience and religious and scientific sources. Plenty of theses methods have been mentioned in the sources of psychology and educational sciences, but little attention has been paid to damaging and harmful training methods. Therefore, this article, through the analytical methods, the use of religious sources, and the data of contemporary sciences, tries to describe the most important traumatic cognitive training methods: blind imitation, raising children according to the time and situation of the trainer, preaching and advising untimely, neglecting the principals of preaching and advising, and training totally theoretically. It also tries to present approaches like updating educational foundations based on religious sources, providing provident training, observing the situations of advising , giving children enough texts and contents appropriate to their needs.

Imams Baqir (AS) are the true interpreters of the holy Qur'an, and whatever they interpret about the Qur'an are the exact words of the Qur'an because they are the true walking Qur'an, and they have received the science of interpretation of the Qur'an from Prophet Mohammad (Pbuh). Since those noble Imams after Prophet Mohammad (Pbuh) are the most knowledgeable and the wisest people to the knowledge of Qur'an, in this study we have decided to deal with the traditions of Imam Baqir (AS) about this field of science. The current paper has examined the typology and interpretation methods of Imam Baqir (AS) and concludes that the Imam in his speeches, depending on the capabilities and the atmosphere of the society, has explained the knowledge of the Qur'an in several ways including: Qur'anic sciences, the interpretation of the Qur'an with the Qur'an, the interpretation of the Qur'an with Sunnah, Jerry and matching, the explanation of Qur'anic parables, the appearance and reality of the Qur'an, the dispelling of doubts, the referential expression of Qur'anic verses and educational dimensions etc.

Pilgrimage in the way of life Prophets and Imams (Peace be upon them), especially in the Shiah’s culture, has a special role and significance, but it has been vilified by some so-called intellectuals and false sects such as Wahhabism. Therefore, this article tries to investigate the role of pilgrimage in view of religions and the past nations from the emergence of Islam till now by using rational and scriptural arguments. This is done to help us understand whether it has a connection with disbelief or monotheism. In so doing, it seems necessary to have a better understanding of the goals and benefits of the pilgrimage such as intercession. It is clear that pilgrimage like every ritual of other religions has pitfalls that must be found and solved. After investigating the concepts, customs, and statements about pilgrimage, we have come to the conclusion that none of them could be a reason for idolatry, and pilgrimage makes Pilgrim approach monotheism. In the Hadiths, pilgrimage with the true awareness of the Imams’ rights is considered as God’s pilgrimage, so pilgrimage of divine saints is in the way of meeting God.

School of though is a thought system having the principles and methods that tries to redefine the relationship between the verses from a new perspective through the rearrangement of the Qur'anic verses and discovery of the single intent of a sura. Therefore, it makes what seems to be incoherent coherent. This article is a descriptive study aimed to establish the position and the importance of understanding the Qur'an, and it tries to reflect on the principles and methods of the contemporary reflections. Based on the study, forward thinking is not simply thinking, reasoning, and noting, and it is also different from the knowledge of the interpretation which comes from the traditional view of explaining meanings and describing the rhetoric signified of the text. School of Though is dissimilar to those interpreting schools that try to understand the profound sense of the verses and pay attention to the words and their features. School of Though is based on thinking and feeling and has a comprehensive attitude which tries to find out the guiding aspects of suras in addition to discovering the links among the verses and purposeful understanding of the Qur'anic words in a way that with a side to side movement on the verses the understanding-related factors expand from a verse to a context and a sura until we are able to understand and feel the single guiding purpose of any sura. The method of understanding in School of Though is another way of understanding the Qur'an from the Qur'an.
