چکیده

خانواده شالوده‌ی جامعه و از مهم ترین عناصر تشکیل دهنده ی آن است. بحث از این بنیان اجتماعی در آراء و نظریه های مصلحان اجتماعی، که از جمله مهم ترین آن ها پیامبران اند، نشان از اهمیت آن دارد. رهبر معظم انقلاب، حضرت آیه الله خامنه ای (مد ظله العالی)، نیز به عنوان رکنی اساسی در جامعه ی اسلامی به این مهم پرداخته اند. در ایران اسلامی مشکلات عدیده ای نظیر کاهش رغبت به ازدواج، افزایش سن جمعیت و کم جمعیتی خانوارها و ... به چشم می خورد. این پژوهش در نظر دارد تا با روش توصیفی تحلیلی با قرآن‌کاوی اندیشه ها و بیانات مقام معظم رهبری مباحث راهبردی در زمینه ی برون-رفت از مشکلات را استخراج، بررسی و تنظیم نماید. همچنین با تبیین مبانی قرآنی دیدگاه‌های رهبری در مورد ارائه تعریف منقح از خانواده، معیارهای ازدواج، بیان کارکردها و عوامل تحکیم خانواده نسبت به راهکار عملی جهت تحقق فرمایشات ایشان اقدام گردیده است.

چکیده [English]

Family is the foundation of society and one of its most important elements. The discussion of this social foundation in the opinions and theories of social reformers, the most important of which are the prophets, shows its importance. The supreme leader of the revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei, has also addressed this issue as a fundamental pillar in the Islamic society. In Islamic Iran, there are many problems, such as a decrease in the desire to marry, an increase in the age of the population, and a small number of households, etc. This research intends to extract, analyze and regulate strategic issues in the field of solutions to problems with the Qur'an-analyzing the thoughts and statements of the Supreme Leader. Also, by explaining the Qur'anic bases of the leadership's views on providing a revised definition of family, marriage criteria, stating the functions and factors of family consolidation, a practical solution has been taken to fulfill their orders.
