چکیده

آنچه در پی می‌آید، گزیده‌ای از ادلّه‌ی قرآنی و روایی درباره‌ی تقیّه و ضرورت آن است. در بخش نخست اموری مانند حفظ جان و پاسداری از کیان دین و جلوگیری از خونریزی‌های بیهوده، به‌عنوان ضرورت تقیه از منظر قرآن و روایات بحث و بررسی خواهد شد. در بخش دوم آشکار خواهد شد که تقیّه مستند به همه‌ی ادلّه‌ا‌ی است که در اثبات هر حکم دینی کارایی و کاربرد دارد؛ یعنی قرآن و سنّت و عقل و اجماع. بدین‌رو آیات دالِّ بر تقیّه و شماری از روایاتی که تقیّه را توصیه و تشریع یا تعریف می‌کنند، بازگو می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

The present paper provides a selection of Quranic and narrative arguments about precautionary dissimulation and its necessity. In the first part the reasons for the necessity of precautionary dissimulation – such as protecting one’s life, defending religion and preventing unnecessary bloodshed – are discussed from the perspective of the Qur’an and the narrations. The second part states that all arguments which are generally drawn on in substantiating any religious decree – that is the Qur’an, tradition, intellect and consensus – apply to precautionary dissimulation too. Therefore, the verses pertaining to precautionary dissimulation and a number of narrations which recommend, define or expound this concept are presented in this paper.
